This is an out-of-print, limited edition, factory label CD with liner notes ( NOT a pirate burn ) featuring Bill Clinton sitting in on tenor saxophone with a Czech jazz sextet. It was recorded live at the Reduta Jazz Club in Prague, Czech Republic on January 11, 1994.
